When using the service, you will be asked to provide your employer’s company name and workplace address, but there is no need to enter information that enables personal identification such as your name or e-mail address. There are questions about your nationality and gender, but these answers are requested for CRT’s research and analysis purposes only, and can be left unanswered. You will not be put at any disadvantage and/or retaliation as a result of sending a message or complaint.
A: Within two weeks of receiving the message, the corporation will provide you with a response regarding whether a policy exists pertaining to your message content and information on (two or more) relevant contact personnel.
A: Confirm the content of a response from a corporation by scanning the QR code, clicking "Check response status" and entering the ticket number and password issued when you sent the message. Please note that if you forget the ticket number and password, you will not be able to confirm the response from the corporation.
A: Yes, they can. In addition to Japanese, NINJA is available for use with English, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Chinese, Malaysian, and Tagalog. Your message will be automatically translated into Japanese, with your original and its Japanese (automatic translation) then sent to the corporation. In addition, you will receive the original Japanese text and an automatic translation into the language you used for your message in your reply sent from the corporation. Please note that the content of the automatic translation may not always be correct. We appreciate your understanding on this point.
